APN Added to
Lease Property Types

MRMLS now requires the APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number) to be entered on “lease property” so that it is handled the same way as Residential  listings.

Example: APN is required under Residential Lease on the Add/Edit tab in MRMLS Matrix

APN is now required for the following property types:

·         Residential Lease

·         Commercial Lease
