Arrows Now Indicate Direction of Price Change in MRMLS Matrix
Arrows shown on the MRMLS Matrix One Line Display now indicate whether a listing price has gone up or down. If the arrow is “up,” the list price is greater than the last list price. If the arrow is “down,” the list price went down.

For sold listings the arrow shows the difference between the list price and the sold price. If the arrow points up, the listing sold for more than the list price.
To see additional information such as the original price change and when it occurred,
click the blue “H” history link to the left of the MLS#.

The history link will open a window that shows the complete archive of that MLS#, including the dates of the changes, status changes, selling office compensation changes, and price changes.
MRMLS Matrix Tip:
- To view a complete history for the property address: Perform a Property Address search without a status selected
- Matrix will return ALL MLS numbers for that address
- Select all the listings and then at the bottom of the page select History from the “Search selected for” menu. MRMLS Matrix will return the history of all the selected listings.
