The Matrix System will be temporarily offline Tuesday night, February 10th from 10:00pm to 6:00am for system maintenance. 

You will notice the following changes to the system:

1.     The addition of the multi-select Sales Type field will be added to the system.  This field will be REQUIRED and your options will be Standard (for standard sale), In Foreclosure, Notice of Default, Real Estate Owned, Short Pay/Subject to Lender, Probate Listings, and Auction. Some of these options were moved from the Legal field.

2.     Additional Areas will be added into the system.  They include Moonridge, Fox Farm, Whispering Forest, Erwin Lake, Baldwin Lake, Lake Williams, Big Bear City, and Onyx Summit. All of these locations are in the Big Bear area.  

3.     Commercial/Residential property type field option will be added in Residential search and add/edit pages. 

4.     The city of Van Nuys (West) will be retired from the system. All Van Nuys (West) listings will be rolled into the city of Lake Balboa.

5.     Your DRE License Number will be added to Agent Roster Search page.

6.     A Possession text field will replace the Possession field in Residential Lease.  Any information in the previous Possession field will be move to the Possession Date field.

7.     A Street Direction Suffix will be added to the system.  You will be able to search and/or add listings using the Street Direction suffix field.  For example, you can select North, South, East, or West for 123 Main St. East.
