We have received lots of feedback on the new Auto Sell notifications. We have made changes to the notifications to make sure agents and brokers know that any letter sent prior to the Estimated Sold Date is a courtesy notice only.
The notification schedule is as follows. Courtesy notices are sent to the agent fourteen days, seven days, and one day prior to the listing going into a state of Auto Sell. Brokers receive copies of the seven day and one day notices.

You will know listings are in “Auto Sell” if there is an asterisk next to the status, (Notice the P* in the picture below).

The asterisk will remain next to the P for 60 days or until the status is manually changed or the Estimated Sold Date is extended into the future.
Note: A listing is subject to violation if the property remains in Auto Sell 72 hours (three days) after the Estimated Sold Date. Courtesy Notifications are sent to members after 15, 30, 45 and 60 days, informing them their listing is scheduled to be “Auto Sold”. Sixty days after the Estimated Sold Date, Pending listings are automatically changed to Sold and their status is changed to S*.
