If you need previous sales data for your Broker Price Opinion (BPO) report, MRMLS Matrix gives you the choice to include or exclude properties that have been Auto Sold.

What is Auto Sold? When a listing is set to pending, the Listing Agent/Broker is required to enter estimated information about the pending sale of the property. A listing will be marked as Auto Sold on the 10th day after the Estimated Sold date. An “S” with an asterisk (*) indicates that a property has been placed in a state of Auto Sold by Matrix.

(MLS# A9222222 has been Auto Sold)

Note: Members who do not manually update the status within 48 hours after a property is sold may receive a violation from their Association/Board.

To show or hide Auto Sold properties, use the Auto Sold field:

1. Select No to see listings that have not been Auto Sold

2. Select Yes to only see listings that have passed the Estimated Sell Date

3. Leave the Auto Sold field blank to see all listings

Note: To add the Auto Sold  field, click the “Click here to add or remove other search fields.” link at the bottom of any search page.
