Four new Bath fields have been added to MRMLS Matrix to accurately describe each room.







When entering a new listing into MRMLS Matrix, under Features, you will be asked to enter the number of baths.

Please use the following guidelines:

• A Full Bath will typically contain four elements; Sink, Toilet, Tub and Shower Head in a tub or stall.
• A Three-Quarter Bath will typically contain three elements; Sink, Toilet and Shower.
• A Half Bath will typically contain two elements; Sink and Toilet.
• A Quarter Bath will typically contain one element; Sink or Toilet, e.g. a sink or toilet in a basement.
  
  
  

  The Full and Medium reports break down the number of baths using FTHQ:

  “F” for Full Baths, “T” for Three-Quarter Baths, “H” for Half Baths, and “Q” for Quarter Baths.
