MRMLS is excited to announce the launch of the new CARETS Commercial system on Wednesday, June 30th. The same level of exposure CARETS has brought to you with residential listings is now available in Commercial!
The new system will allow you to input and search for commercial, commercial lease and business opportunity listings throughout most of Southern California.
What to Expect:
- How do I login to CARETS Commercial?
Ø On Wednesday, June 30th, click the “CARETS COMMERCIAL” link under the “External Links” on the Matrix Home page.
- Tuesday, June 29th at 10am, listing input for Commercial, Commercial Lease and Business Opportunity will go offline and will be relocated in the new CARETS Commercial system starting Wednesday, June 30th.
· Starting Tuesday, June 29th at 9pm, all Commercial search ability in MRMLS Matrix Search tab will be removed. All commercial listings from the participating CARETS MLSs can be found in the to the new CARETS Commercial system.
· Beginning Wednesday, June 30th, the new CARETS Commercial system will be your primary system to search and list all Commercial, Commercial Lease and Business Opportunity listings.
