2010 has been an exciting year for CRMLS and our member Associations/Boards. Here are some of the highlights from this past year.

calREDD Merges with MRMLS
In August 2010 calREDD joined efforts with MRMLS to form California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (CRMLS). CRMLS is committed to bringing Real Estate Professionals phenomenal services and technology, powerful MLS tools, superior customer support, flexible training options, and consistent communication, all within a statewide platform.

CRMLS Matrix Platform Version 5.3
With the release of version 5.3 of the CRMLS Matrix Platform, members enjoyed the following benefits and features: new Home page with customizable dashboard widgets, improved organization of tabs, floating button bars, smart buttons, client and prospect export capability, and improved cross platform web browser support.

CARETS Commercial
The launch of CARETS Commercial brought all commercial/industrial properties, commercial leases, and business opportunity listings into a single property centric MLS platform.

SCOUT Security
CRMLS brought increased MLS data security to the CRMLS Matrix Platform with SCOUT Security’s token-less authentication system.

VCRDS and DAMLS Data Share
VCRDS (Ventura County Regional Data Share) MLS and DAMLS (Desert Area MLS) join CARETS. This agreement gave agents access to even more listings throughout Southern California in the CRMLS Matrix Platform.
