On August 18, two new fields will be added to the Residential, Residential Income, Residential Lease, Mobile, and Land property types in MRMLS Matrix.

These required fields allow you to enter an estimated concession amount and estimated concession comments when you change your listing’s status to pending or backup. When you change your listing to sold, you can enter the final concessions amount and concessions comments. The concession information will only be visible in the agent displays and reports when the listing status is set to sold.
