It’s better to add a listing using MRMLS Matrix!
Adding listings with MRMLS Matrix really is better. On October 3rd, here is what you will be able to do with MRMLS Matrix Add/Edit:
· Partially save listings—Need to answer a call and you’re not finished creating your listing? Save what you have entered and come back to it later.
· Spell check—There’s nothing more embarrassing than listings with misspelled words, use this feature and you can be sure your listings are correct.
· Import the property profile—With the click of a button, you can import the profile from the tax report into the listing, including square footage, number of bedrooms, etc.
· Search for the Selling Agent—When changing a listing from Pending to Sold, you can search for the Selling Agent office information right from the listing page.
· Add up to 20 pictures—MRMLS Matrix gives you enough space to add up to 20 pictures per listing. You can also replace, delete, rotate, and change the order the pictures are displayed.
· Automatically resize photos—No more fiddling with photos to make them the right size, MRMLS Matrix does the work for you automatically.
· Add a description for each photo—Label each photo with an optional description that will appear when the photos are printed.
· Add supplements—Tree blocking the view? If the picture does not display the property to your satisfaction, you can add a floor plan or other supplemental document to a listing.
MRMLS Matrix also provides:
· Large Field Sizes—Run out of room when entering a property description and/or office comments? Both fields have been doubled in size.
· Fast Keys—Create your listings faster by using keyboard shortcuts. Use the tab and arrow keys to move around, and the alphanumeric keys to jump to a selection.
· Pop Up Support—MRMLS Matrix runs on the latest .Net technology, so pop up blockers should no longer be an issue.
I have been using iMRMLS to create my listings, why should I switch now? To add all these neat features and respond to your request for better technology, MRMLS is transitioning to MRMLS Matrix. After October 3, 2006, you will no longer be able to use iMRMLS to create listings.
