Five Day Photo Policy
As of June 15th, a minimum of one photo must be included with your listing within Five days. You may upload a maximum of 25 photos to your listing. If you fail to include a photo after the fifth day, you will receive a citation.

How Do I List Short Sale, REO, and Foreclosure listings in Matrix? Do not place any information in the Property Description/Public Remarks field to a property’s situation as being a Short Sale, Real Estate Owned, In Foreclosure or Notice of Default,. Any of these terms placed in Property Description are considered a violation. If you have a new or existing listing you can add these terms to the Sale Type Field. |
