Starting June 9th, the MRMLS Matrix login page will change to a dual login screen to facilitate the 60 day phased rollout of SCOUT Security.
We will gradually transition everyone from the SafeMLS Token to the new Scout password. During the next 60 days, you will be asked to enroll your new Scout password after logging into MRMLS Matrix. Because of the unique security system situation, not everyone will be asked to enroll at the same time. Please be patient as we get everyone transitioned over.
Only after you have successfully enrolled and logged into MRMLS Matrix with your Scout password, you may recycle your SafeMLS token. In addition, if you are dual member of SoCAL MLS or SANDICOR MLS continue to keep your SAFEMLS token to log into their system as there will be no immediate change to their login methods.

Q. What do I do with my SafeMLS token after I enrolled my Scout password?
A. You may recycle your SafeMLS token. You do not need to return the SafeMLS token to your Association.
Q.Can I make an appointment to schedule my Scout password change?
A. No, during the next 60 days you will be requested to enroll your new Scout password.
Q. Is the Scout password compatible with my MAC or Smart Phones?
A. SCOUT Security is compatible with PC and MAC operating systems and Smart Phones
Q. What happens if I forget my Scout password?
A. All forgotten passwords will be sent to your email that is recorded in the Matrix roster. Go to the Matrix Add/Edit tab to update your email address or contact your Local Association or Board of REALTORS®.
