On Monday, April 18^th, a new Market Watch widget will be added to the Home tab of the CRMLS Matrix Platform.

The Market Watch widget allows you to track listing and status activity for different property types within a specific time frame.

Customizing the Market Watch Widget

Follow the steps below to customize the Market Watch widget for your market area. You can also define search criteria to further customize the Market Watch widget.

1. Select a property type in the drop-down menu.
2. Click the Customize link.
3. Select your area and search criteria as necessary.
4. Click Save.
5. To customize additional property types, repeat steps 1 through 4.

Using the Market Watch Widget

Select a property type from the drop-down menu. Then select a time frame from the drop-down menu to display the results of your Market Watch.
