If a listing input warning appears when you submit your listing in MRMLS Matrix, then you may have some of the following errors:

·         Content Prohibited in the Property Description

·         A Duplicate Listing

·         Invalid Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN)

·         A Listing Without a Photo

·         A Required Field Left Blank

The automated property description warning identifies some of the potential content that should not be distributed to the public. Please read through the listing input warning and correct any prohibited content that is not allowed in the property description field.  For more information on allowed content in the property description please read the section on “Text Comments” in the CARETS Data Integrity Standards.

IMPORTANT, all listings in MRMLS Matrix must adhere to the CARETS Data Integrity Standards and the CARETS Rules and Regulations.   Please correct all listing input warnings before submitting your listing.
