MRMLS is excited to welcome Ventura County Regional Data Share MLS (VCRDS MLS) to CARETS.
VCRDS MLS currently serves the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and Ventura Coastal Association of REALTORS®. Their agreement to join CARETS is a huge milestone for all members of MRMLS.
MRMLS and VCRDS have agreed to share reciprocal passwords during the transition of VCRDS listings landing in MRMLS Matrix. This reciprocal agreement allows you to access VCRDS MLS system.
Features of Searching VCRDS MLS :
- Access to Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and Ventura Coastal area listings
- Ability to search for Listings, Tax Data, Open House and Broker Caravans
To Access VCRDS MLS :
- To find VCRDS Reciprocal Passwords log into MRMLS Matrix.
Note: these passwords change monthly.
- Click the Help tab.
- Click the MLS Reciprocal Passwords link under Reciprocal Passwords
- Locate VCRDS MLS to find your Member Access information.
- Go to http://vcrdsmls.rapmls.com/ to access VCRDS MLS
- Input the Reciprocal information from the help tab and click Submit
