MRMLS Matrix Hits the Bulls-Eye!
As of October 3, 2006, MRMLS Matrix will have a Bulls-Eye/Target Search similar to iMRMLS!
The Bulls-Eye Search provides the ability to perform a radius search around a Thomas Guide coordinate. For example, if you enter @440f5, then Matrix will also return the properties matching your criteria within the bordering Thomas Guide pages.
MRMLS Matrix will also offer new Search and Sort capabilities such as Map Search that once tried, you won’t want to live with out:
Searching
· The new Map Search feature allows you to highlight an area on a map with the mouse and properties matching your criteria will appear in a list. For example, if you choose Active and drag a rectangle around Pomona, Matrix will list all active properties within Pomona.
· Don’t see the search field that you want? You can add or remove search fields on any search page. For example, if you’re doing an address search and the Thomas Guide number is not available, you can quickly add it to the search page and then run your search.
· Use the same search criteria every day? Set it as the default criteria and it will show up whenever you run a search. For example, if you search Arcadia every day, when you begin a new search, Arcadia will appear as the default or you can choose a different area to search.
· Forgot the criteria you’re using in a complex search such as a CMA? You can now show your criteria. Click on Show Criteria and Matrix will show the search criteria being used.
· Want to know how many listings match your criteria? Now, you can get a count. For example, after running a search, click on Count and Matrix will tell you how many listings it found before you view them.
· Bored with your same old view? You can show different reports on the search results. For example, choose Thumbnail and Matrix will display a small photo next to every listing.
· Don’t like how the results are displayed--Create a Custom Display in My Matrix. For example, you can customize your display so that only Status, List Price, and Thomas Guide Number are displayed on the results page.
Sorting
· Unwanted listings in your results? Select the ones you want, click Narrow and Matrix will remember only those selected listings.
· Listings on multiple pages? You no longer need to get all the listings on one page. For example, if you select 10 listings on page 1 and 10 listings on page 2, all 20 listings can be emailed, printed, mapped, or run as a CMA.
· Want to sort listings by something other than ML#? Click on column header and the search results will be sorted by that field. For example, to sort all the listings by Thomas Guide Number, click on the TG# label at the top of the column.
