MRMLS and your Local Association are constantly looking for new tools and enhancements to introduce to you. 

 On March 3^rd, the next release of our MRMLS Matrix product will have new features that will transform the way you work within the MLS.  These enhancements include the following:

1.    Client & Prospect Management

·      Your clients and prospects are stored within the Contacts link in the My Matrix tab. In Contacts you can filter and manage your client’s saved searches, hot searches, direct & auto emails, email history and much more!

2.    CMA Wizard

·      A page by page wizard that walks you through the steps of creating a professional CMA presentation for your hard to please clients.

3.    Anti Spam Feature

·         This feature will notify you via email if your client or prospects unsubscribed to any Direct or Auto Email sent from Matrix.  At any point, your client can subscribe to these Direct or Auto Emails from MRMLS Matrix by emailing us at OptIn@MRMLSmatrix.com.

4.    Matrix Speed Bar

·         The Speed Bar, newly located at the top on every Matrix page, allows you to search for listings, agents, or open houses information using easy to identify key words.
