On February 23^rd, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the CRMLS Matrix Platform will be offline to deploy additional fields and field values for listing input and searching.

Here are some of the changes you will see on February 24^th:

• The Van Nuys East (VNE) Market Area will be renamed to Van Nuys (VN).
• Listings with values relating to the entry location in the Stories field will be moved to a new field called Entry Location.
• The following field values will be added to the Selling Office Compensation Per field for the Residential Lease property type: First Weeks Rent, First Months Rent, First Years Rent, Lease Term, Lump Sum, and Other.
