We are excited to announce that starting October 6th, users of MRMLS will have the ability to access CARETS Residential and Residential Lease listings through our Matrix system without having to search anywhere else! Having access to full Residential and Residential Lease listing data across ALL status types (actives and one year of solds) from the participating CARETS organizations (CRISNet, CLAW, i-Tech and SoCal MLS) will mean having MORE listings, MORE historical data, and MORE searchable choices in ONE convenient system for you, MRMLS! The only CHANGES you will see on October 6th will be MORE listings and EXPANDED search options!
Stay tuned for announcements on Residential Income, Land and Mobile Homes listings which are scheduled to be added into the system in early 2009. The Commercial property types will follow. Also, coming in November, 2008, the dataset will carry a unified set of data rules and policies that each respective CARETS MLS organization has agreed to. This unified set of rules and policies can be found at www.imrmls.com.
Frequent Questions and Answers:
|
Q. |
Will I need to reciprocate my listings to other participating CARETS MLS organizations? |
|
A. |
Eventually no, each participating MLS organization will have the ability to pull, receive, and display each other’s full listing data on their own respective MLS system. During this implementation phase you may need to continue to reciprocate listings that you want to show up in the participating MLS organization’s system (CRISNet, CLAW, i-Tech and SoCal MLS) until they are ready to go live by displaying MRMLS’s listings to their users.
