The much anticipated Land, Mobile and Residential income listings from CARETS is finally arriving to MRMLS Matrix on Tuesday, March 17th, 2009.  You will be able to search the entire database of MRMLS, CLAW, CRISNet, iTech, SoCal listings.

Q. Is there any difference in how I search for CARETS listing in Matrix?

A.  There are no changes in how you search for CARETS listings.  The only changes you will see are in the display.  For example, an MLS identifier that has been placed on the far right side of the Agent 1 Line display, which indicates which originating MLS organization.

Q. Will I need to reciprocate my listings to other participating MLS systems?

A.  Eventually no.  MRMLS is the first MLS to import all Land, Mobile and Residential Income listings into Matrix system.  The other participating MLSs are also working towards integrating these property types.  However until that is accomplished, you will need to continue to reciprocate your listings to their MLS systems.
