Sellers want to see lots of pictures showing off their home, buyers pay more attention to listings with more pictures.  Now is your chance to satisfy both in a way that is:

You can now enter up to 25 photos of each listing in the MRMLS Matrix system!  A 25% increase over what you could submit before.

Follow these steps to add more photos to your on market listing:

1. Log in to the MRMLS Matrix system and click on the Add/Edit Tab.
2. Click the “Modify Existing” link, or enter your listing’s MLS# in the “Quick Modify” menu.
3. Under “Other Options,” click on the “Manage Photos” link.
4. Click “Browse” to search and select the photo stored on your computer, camera, or disk.
5. Click “upload” to import the photo to your listing.
6. To add more photos to your listing, repeat steps 4 and 5. 
7. Click “Save” to finish and save your photos to your listing.
