MRMLS is always improving the MRMLS Matrix system. Every month the Call Center receives hundreds of calls with great suggestions about how to do just that. And our system just got a little bit better thanks to YOUR suggestions!
To help keep our listing data clean, on October 5th, incompatible combinations of sale types in the MRMLS Matrix “Sale Type” field will no longer be allowed.
Valid Combinations, but not limited to are:
1. In Foreclosure and Notice of Default
2. Auction and Probate
3. Short Pay, In Foreclosure, Notice of Default, Probate and Auction
Invalid Combinations, but not limited to are:
1. A Standard Sale and Foreclosure
2. A Standard Sale, REO and Auction
3. Real Estate Owned (REO) and Short Pay
4. In Foreclosure, Notice of Default, REO and Auction
If you receive an error for “Sale Type” upon submitting your listing in MRMLS Matrix, please check your selection and try again
