| NEW: Intelligent County, City, Area, and Builder’s Tract Fields |

On January 17th, the CRMLS Matrix Platform was updated to streamline the selection of a listing’s County, City, Area, and Builder’s Tract information during listing input. These intelligent fields will require you to make your selections in the following order:
- County
- City
- Area
- Builder’s Tract Code (If applicable, the Builders Tract is required in some areas only.)
As you make your selections, the next field will automatically be populated with values that match the selections you’ve made. If you try to select the fields out of order, the City, Area, and Builder’s Tract fields will remain empty. With the addition of the Builder’s Tract field, you can now search for listings by Builder’s Tract from a Detail search in the CRMLS Matrix Platform.
