As of Monday, December 3, 2007 the MRMLS IDX/IDF frameable solution/Public Property Search will be expanded to provide listings throughout most of Southern California.
Agents and brokers can offer property searches on their websites by framing the MRMLS Public Property Search. This frameable solution allows you to place an area on your website that is powered by the MRMLS Public Property Search. Currently, the Public Property Search only covers MRMLS listings, but after December 3rd, properties from other participating Southern California MLSs (listed below) will also be added.
Participating MLSs:
· Combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service (Covers Beverly Hills and the Westside)
· Greater South Bay Regional Multiple Listing Service (Joining MRMLS 2/4/2008)
· iTech Multiple Listing Service (Covers Glendale and Pasadena)
· Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service
· SoCal Multiple Listing Service (Covers Orange County and Beach Areas)
· Southland Regional Multiple Listing Service (Covers the San Fernando Valley)
Question: Will I have to do anything to receive the additional listings from other MLSs?
