Q.  Tell me about the new statistics on the Home Page. What do they include?

A.  The new statistics section is based on county or state land use codes and shows:

·         The most recent completed recording month

·         The corresponding month of the prior year

·         The prior month of current year

·         The corresponding prior month of prior year

·         The current year-to-date

·         The prior complete year

Q.  What happened to the Log Out button?

A.  The Log Out button has been replaced with the Close Window link.

Q.  Where can I see the Last Sale Update also known as Most Recent Recording Date?

A.  The date appears on the Home Page and on each search page below the county name.
