As of May 1st, a revised set of CARETS Data Integrity Standards and the Standardized Rules and Regulations of the MLS will be enforced.
Changes between the original and revised CARETS Data Integrity Standards are outlined below. And new sections are added to the Standardized Rules and Regulations.

Allowing mandatory MLS training as an option of the MLS, as deemed necessary, when system enhancements changes occur during a twelve month period. |

Section 9.2 Disclosing the Existence of Offers |
To conform to NAR's revised Code of Ethics on disclosure of existing offers. Listing brokers shall, with the seller’s (s’) approval, disclose the existence of offers on the property. |

Section 13.6
Required Lockbox |
As of June 1st, an electronic lockbox is required if one is present on a Residential or Residential Income property. More than one lockbox may be used on the property as long as one of the lockbox is electronic and accessible by a key issued by one the CARETS members. |
