Revised CARETS Data Integrity Standards

Based on YOUR feedback the CARETS Data Integrity Standards have been amended. 

Starting, November 1st, a revised set of CARETS Data Integrity Standards will be enforced.

Starting November 1, 2009

DO NOT put the word “vacant” in Public Remarks. We have a separate field for that.

A minimum of one (1) photograph/rendering of the property must be entered into the MLS within five (5) calendar days of the listing entry date.
