Want to simplify tracking of your lockboxes? Would you like to assign your Supra KeyBox to your listing within the Matrix system? Or view and print showing activity from your assigned KeyBox from within Matrix? Here is your chance!
Starting Tuesday, March 24, you will have the ability to assign Supra KeyBox information to each of your listings in Matrix very simply without leaving our system!
Follow these four easy steps to assign a Supra KeyBox to your listing:
1. From the Agent Full Display of your listing in Matrix click on “Assign a Supra KeyBox”

2. To assign a supra keybox, input the KeyBox Serial Number, Shackle Code, and click Save.
3. After you have assigned a KeyBox, you can view “Supra KeyBox Settings”  to view keybox access hours.
4. Or click on “View Showing Activity”  to view who has visited your listing.
*Note, You can only find Supra Links on the Agent Full Display of your own listing. You will not be able to view other Listing Agent’s supra information.
