By the end of the day on Friday, September 22, 2006, MRMLS Matrix will allow you to add selected listings into a cart for later use.

Here are some of the things you can do with listings in your cart:

• Save: Save the group of listings as one of your Saved Searches
• Print: Print the listings in any format (1-Line, Thumbnail, Customer Flyer, etc.)
• CMA: Use the listings in your cart to build a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
• Stats: Get basic statistics such as Average List Price
• Export: Export the listing data for use with other compatible programs such as Top Producer
• Email: Send the listings to a prospective buyer right from the cart
• Map: Show all the listings on a single Map

Note: Listings remain in your cart until you remove them or press the Empty button.  There are separate carts for each property type such as Residential, Residential Income, Residential Lease, etc.
