On Thursday, March 31st, Smart Trac and Smart Fax will be offline from 7 PM to 8 PM to deploy new features and updates.

During the deployment, any emails or faxes sent to your Inbox will be queued and delivered after 8 PM.

New Features

• A new Phase Change notification has been added to Smart Trac that notifies you when the phase of a file changes. For example, if a file goes from Listing to Pending you will receive a notification. To activate Phase Change notifications, you must enable them in Notification Preferences under Settings.
• In Smart Fax, only Office Admins will be allowed to delete documents from the Office Inbox.
