- Header and Footers on Customer Reports
· Headers and Footers on reports allow you to insert your contact information, personal photo or logo when preparing Customer Reports. To setup up this information click on Settings under the My Matrix tab.
- Number of Garage Spaces Mandatory
· Tired of searching for garage spaces and not finding the results you want? Upon submitting a new listing, listing agents and listing brokers are required to insert the Number of Garage spaces.
- Rename Price field to List Price
· To provide clarity, the Price field will be renamed to List Price. List Price allows you to search for the high and low price range of properties listed. To search for both List Price and Sold Price in a search, you may use the Current Price Field.
- Property Management Phone Number
· The Property Management Phone Number will be removed from Customer Full Displays and Reports. We believe that this information should be kept confidential and removed from the public view. There have been reported cases that this field was being abused. Incorrect telephone numbers were being inserted into this field, this field is ONLY for property management company contact information.
