4.)  More Listing Access Than ANY OTHER MLS – In addition to listings available through CARETS and Mercado, this year MRMLS Matrix added reciprocal data access agreements with Sandicor MLS, MLS Listings, Inc, and VCRDS MLS.  This gives you more access to more data anywhere.

2.)  Integrated Faxing – Smart Fax gives you the ability to receive faxes digitally.  Smart Fax integrates with the Smart Trac transaction management system through MRMLS Matrix.

1.)  CARETS – Data from 30 Associations, in five MLS systems, covering 6 counties, represented by 106,000 real estate professionals using the same standards, but controlled locally.  2009 also saw the addition of VCRDS and Desert Area MLS into CARETS which will be incorporated in 2010.
