1.   How do I update/change my user information?

MRMLS is not authorized to make changes to user information. Changes to an agent’s name, address, or contact information must be done by your Association. Agents can change their email signature, header or footer by going to Settings under the My Matrix tab.

2.   How do I get MRMLS Matrix to automatically email listings (Prospecting)?

·   Under the My Matrix tab, add your client’s information as a Contact

·   Perform a search using the desired property characteristics as the search criteria

·   Click the Save button at the bottom of the search results screen

·   Name your search, select client contact, and press the Enable Auto Email button

3.   How do I create CMA reports?

·   Perform a search, select comparable properties, and click the CMA button at the bottom of the results screen

·   Give your CMA a name and description, and choose which pages to show. For example, you might want to show the Pitfalls of Overpricing and the CMA Pro Report

4.   How do I modify a listing?

·   Under the Add/Edit tab, select a listing from the My Inventory drop-down list  and click Modify

·   Make appropriate corrections and click Submit Listing

5.   How do I add a photo?

·   Under the Add/Edit tab, select a listing from the My Inventory drop-down list  and click Modify

·   Under Other Options, click Manage Photos and click the Browse button to locate photo(s)

·   Select a photo, click Open, and then click Upload (Repeat for all photos, and click Save)
