Top-Ten Projects for Q2, 2007 (Update)

Here is an update of the top-ten MRMLS projects scheduled for the second quarter of 2007:

1.    iTech Listing Exchange: Add Pasadena and Glendale listings to MRMLS Matrix. (Residential has been added and Residential Lease will be added in a couple weeks)

2.    Baths: Fields for Quarter, Half, Three-Quarter, and Full baths will be added into the system.  The existing Bath field will be the sum of the four new bath fields.
(Due August 1, 2007)

3.    Auto Sell: Listings that are switched to pending must include projected sales information, contacts and dates.  60 days after the projected close date the listing automatically switches to Sold. Listing Agent and Broker notifications will go out before and after Auto Sell. (Due August 1, 2007)

4.    CMA Coversheet & Mobile Home CMA: Agent information, subject property photo, and description have been added to the CMA coversheet. CMA functionality is now available for Mobile Homes. (Done. CMA ability for Commercial and other property types will be added in the coming months.)

5.    Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM): If a property was listed and re-listed within 60-days; CDOM counts the total days on market for each time the property was listed.

6.    Pop-up Help: For Residential and Residential Lease searches, agents can click on the question mark symbol  nearest to a field and information/instructions will pop-up in a window describing the field and how it is used. (Help for other property types, as well as pop-up help for the Add/Edit Tab, will be added in the coming months)

7.    Hot Sheet Map & Thomas Guide Search: The Map Search functionality that allows agents to select their farm area using a map instead of selecting predefined areas from a list, as well as the Thomas Guide “Bulls-Eye” search capability, has been added to the Hot Sheets. (Done)

8.    Caravan Re-Design: The way caravans are used within MRMLS Matrix will
be streamlined.

9.    Common Database Utility (CDU): Committee members from each participating MLS in Southern California have gotten together to standardize datasets. This effort paves the way for a single database that gives direct access, within MRMLS Matrix, to all listings from each participating MLS.

10. Statistics Reports: Performance to be improved.
