When entering a new listing into MRMLS Matrix on or after 12/12/2007, the Loan Information fields such as 1st Deed Loan Amount and the Additional Financial Information fields will be removed from Add/Edit, from MRMLS Matrix Displays, and from the Listing Input Forms where appropriate. These fields were seldom used and caused confusion. Possession and Terms will be moved to the Land tab (Step #5).

Note: To modify “loan” information on listings created prior to 12/12/2007:
1. Go to the Add/Edit Tab
2. Select the listing to be modified from the My Inventory list in the Quick Modify box or type the MLS# and click Modify
3. Select Update Existing Deed or Financial Information
4. Enter the updated ”loan” information and submit the listing
