On March 3rd, Statistical CMAs and Agent 1 Page Reports will be updated to accommodate the most requested features by Brokers and Agents. To view the updated Reports, perform a search and click the Report button on the Search Results page. Refer to the list of changes below:
- The
List Price Sold Price Ratio Statistical CMA for all property types will
be replaced with a Price Per Square Foot Statistical CMA.
- The
Map Book Statistical CMA for Residential Income will be replaced by a
Total Building Square Foot CMA and a Year Built Statistical CMA.
- The Agent 1 Page Report has been reorganization to reduce the chance of it printing to a second page.
Lot
Size has been added to the 1 Line Hot Sheet Display. To view the new
display, click the Personal Hotsheet or Residential Hotsheet link on the
Matrix Home tab.
