CRMLS is excited to announce that Ventura County Regional Data Share (VCRDS) MLS and Desert Area MLS Residential Lease listings will be added to the CRMLS Matrix Platform on the evening of November 16th.

This will provide CRMLS members with the ability to search for Residential Lease listings from VCRDS MLS and Desert Area MLS directly in the CRMLS Matrix Platform.

VCRDS and Desert Area MLS Coverage Area:
VCRDS MLS coverage area includes Simi Valley, Ventura, SantaRosa Valley, Santa Barbara, Ojai/Oakview, Fillmore, Santa Paula, OxnardBeaches, and Camarillo.

Desert Area MLS coverage area includes Coachella Valley, Riverside County, Yucca Valley, Landers/Johnson, 29 Palms, Joshua Tree South, Wonder Valley, Blythe, and the Salton Sea.
