Glendale & Pasadena Listings Now in MRMLS Matrix

MRMLS is pleased to announce that after many hours of hard work, the iTech Data Share has begun and Glendale and Pasadena listings now appear in MRMLS Matrix. In return, MRMLS listings appear in the iTech system. Residential data was the first to appear, and will be followed by Residential Income. The remaining property types will be phased in shortly thereafter.

Q. Will I have to place new listings into both the iTech System and MRMLS Matrix?

A.  No. Enter your listing in one system and it will appear in both systems within one hour.

Q. Will the MLS numbers be the same in both systems?

A.  No, MLS numbers will be translated to fit each systems native format. For example, MLS numbers for Glendale begin with a “1,” yet MRMLS Matrix will show them beginning with a “G.” If the listing number is 12345678 in the iTech system, it will be G2345678 in MRMLS Matrix. (See key below)
